By booking tests through Bluvial Labs, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Services

We facilitate booking of diagnostic tests with home sample collection across Delhi NCR. All samples are processed in our own NABL-accredited laboratory (certificate MC 7072).

Bookings & collection

• Please ensure someone is available at the address during the selected time slot.
• Follow all preparation instructions (e.g. fasting) for accurate results.
• We may reschedule a collection due to unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice.

Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are payable online at checkout. Home sample collection is free within our service areas unless otherwise stated.

Reports

Reports are provided for informational purposes and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Please consult a qualified doctor to interpret your results.

Liability

Bluvial Labs is not liable for delays or errors arising from incorrect information provided at booking or from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
