• Contact details: name, email, phone number and collection address.
• Health information: the tests you book, family member profiles, and lab reports.
• Payment information: processed securely by our payment partner (Razorpay). We do not store card details.

How we use your information

• To schedule home sample collection and process your diagnostic tests.
• To deliver your reports and provide customer support.
• To send booking updates and, with your consent, health reminders.

Data sharing

Your samples are tested in our own NABL-accredited laboratory, so your health data is not shared with outside labs. We share information only with our phlebotomists to fulfil your booking, and with payment and communication providers strictly to deliver our service. We do not sell your personal or health data.

Data security

Your data is encrypted in transit and stored securely. Access to health records is restricted to authorised personnel and to the account holder.
