How will I receive my reports ?
You will receive your reports over whatsapp and email ID provided at the time of sample collection/registration
What if I want to cancel the booked tests ?
There is no charge on cancelling the tests however in case the samples are collected and processed, we cannot refund in those cases. It is recommended to cancel tests 8 hours before the booked slot.
How will I receive the refunds ?
Refunds shall be sent via UPI to the account details provided to our team.
